There's a fine line between questioning orders and disobeying them. I realized something today. As much as I, in the past, have questioned certain individuals who were my betters you still have to follow their orders because you know what? They are your superiors and you have to do what they want. No questions asked. I used to think George W. Bush was an incapable Commander in Chief who didn't deserve the position he was given. Now I believe he's an incapable Commander in Chief who didn't deserve the position he was given. But he IS the Commander in Chief. Don't question orders when you're a soldier. Perform your job with utmost loyalty. Perform your duties without questioning your orders. Your actions should be performed with unadulterated patriotism. These are true of a soldier. That's the role of the soldier.

The fighter on the other end of the spectrum would just fight for what he believes in. That's questioning orders technically but he never gives pure loyalty to any one 'thing' except for what he believes in. While the soldier blindly follows the will of his superiors, the fighter in my opinion has more courage because at least he fights in something that he believes is worth fighting for. Not something he is dragged into. Not something he doesn't believe in. He fights with valor and strength because it means everything to him.

There's two kinds of people: the soldier and the fighter. I think these two entities together represent something pure. Gives a beautiful meaning to a word such as liberty. I realize how strong of a word that is now. Liberty.

I'm going to go back to writing in my Degeneratejoker xanga from now on. I don't know but I feel like this is a fitting end to this xanga.

M238mike [11:19 PM]:  keep having that mentality... i sincerely hope u won't have any regrets when u get older
Hhhzealot [11:20 PM]:  do you always come online to force your theories down other peoples throats?
M238mike [11:20 PM]:  ehh.. only on old friends

Heh.

Today was a pretty interesting day. Went Downtown/South Street. I havent been there in a while but it was great.

I talked to Kristie last week about some things that were on my mind and she listened pretty well. I'm glad I can have a very good friend like that to share things with. It's something I haven't had in a while. My mom finally met her at work one day and she was like 'you should have kept her, she looks like a supermodel'. Heh. But it's fine. I walked Elita home the other day. Cute girl but doesn't really know when to shut up! It's not like shes going to read this (Does anyone actually read this?) so oh well. In related news I think my manager Mary is going to put a ban on me dating any more girls from work. That's fine by me mate.

I hate some stores on the south street block. Namely anything Goth or Emo or etc. Hot Topic comes to mind when I see those stores. I've never liked that store. Spencers is similiar to it but at least it has the naked girls and dildos in the back (not that I'm particularly fond of dildos but you get my drift) I think thats enough text for now.

I just got my computer back from repair. I've been using my shitty one for a little less then a week. I'm just glad I got this one back. It's not even as if the Best Buy people fixed any problems either. Just probably looked through our files and played any games they found on there. Pieces of shit.

I got a cat.

I went to school yesterday to fix that whole canceled class situation. I had to wait there 4 hours before I was allowed to wait in a long line. There needs to be a rule against allowing idiots to have power. I made my schedule better than it ever was before though. Get out of school every day by 1 now. Leaves me time to get around to other things on my plan(Carjacking, fighting, reading, eating a bag of those crispy potato chips?).
